Document the new Languages option in the PDF export modal for multi-language docs.

The dashboard's Export PDF modal now shows a Languages checkbox group when a deployment has two or more languages configured, letting users export a subset of languages. Leaving all options unchecked preserves the existing behavior of exporting every configured language.
